FAQ

What is actually in a bar?

Each bar is built to the pack claim: 20g protein and no added sugar. The rest of the macro table stays blank until the lab report is in. We will not invent those numbers.

Do you ship across India?

Yes. Metro pincodes ship at a lower flat rate, and the rest of India uses a second rate. Metro orders over ₹999 ship free.

How do I pay?

UPI, cards, and netbanking are paid through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is collected when the pack arrives. Card numbers never reach HyRoK.

How do I use an offer code?

Enter it on the cart or at checkout. WELCOME10 takes 10% off a first order over ₹499.

What if an order is wrong?

Write to the support email within 7 days of delivery. Unopened food can be replaced. Opened food is replaced only if it arrived damaged.
